ʚɞ Payment Terms

  • A deposit (DP) is required in advance.

  • Final payment must be made via Shopee ONLY (Shopee admin fee: 17% + 1,250).
    Example: 20,000 (remaining balance) + 17% + 1,250 = 24,650 (Shopee total).

  • Confirmation is required via WhatsApp to Admin Zahra.

ʚɞ Terms Before Ordering

  • Cancellations are not allowed once the PO (pre-order) is confirmed, unless the item is sold out by the supplier.

  • Delays in international shipping to Indonesia are beyond the admin’s control 🥹🙏🏻, but we will do our best to ensure your items arrive as quickly as possible 🩷

  • “Redline” or any customs-related issues are unpredictable. If the admin informs you that the item is under inspection or flagged by customs, it is beyond our control 🙏🏻. However, we will always try to deliver your items safely and quickly.

  • Prices may change according to daily exchange rates, so they are subject to fluctuation.

  • All updates will be shared via the WhatsApp channel.

ʚɞ Shipping Notice

  • Delivery may take longer due to international shipping factors. Estimated arrival is 3–4 weeks (excluding supplier processing time and redline cargo delays), but it may be faster or slower.

  • All local shipping is from Malang and handled via Shopee ONLY.

  • Shipping process from supplier to Indonesia:
    ORDER → SHIPPED BY SUPPLIER → ARRIVED AT WAREHOUSE → FLIGHT (in batches for hand-carry / waiting for all batches if by air cargo) → ARRIVED AT INDONESIA WAREHOUSE → SHIPPED TO MALANG → SHIPPED TO CUSTOMER

  • Packing schedule: Wednesday / Thursday / Friday / Saturday

  • Pre-order on Shopee is enabled because shipments cannot be made daily.

2. Shipping process — if we use handcarry, we can’t send all orders at once because there’s a risk of confiscation. So we ship them gradually. In other cases, we may wait until all items arrive at the warehouse and then ship them via air cargo.Please remember that all shipments come with risks. We never know what might happen during transit, but we always hope your items arrive safely 🩷.
